Getting started
Can I choose in-clinic or in-home Physical Therapy?
Choose in-clinic care in Lancaster when the clinic setting and equipment fit your goals. Our clinic offers treatment tables, a treadmill, overhead harness training for gait and balance, and shock-wave treatment. In-home care across Lancaster County brings one-on-one support to your own space, including everyday movement and routines.
Your therapist will discuss the appropriate setting after your assessment. If your needs change, ask your therapist about switching between in-clinic and in-home visits. Our team can help arrange the next step.
What is different about in-clinic care?
In-clinic care gives you the full clinic setup, including overhead harness training for gait and balance, and shock wave therapy for pain management. In-home care gives you the same one-on-one attention, without travel.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No prescription is required to get started. If you have a referral, bring it to your first visit.
How long does a visit last?
Visits last around 40-55 minutes, one-on-one with your therapist. That time typically includes a check-in on how you are doing, assessment and hands-on care as needed, guided exercises, and a home plan to follow between visits.
When are appointments available?
In-clinic: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM. In-home: 7 days a week, 6:30 AM-7 PM.
