The right support. In the clinic, or in your own space.

How it works

Your care, step by step

A therapist and patient discuss their care plan.

1. Connect with your therapist

Your first conversation covers what hurts, what you want to get back to, and whether in-clinic or in-home care fits you best. Have your referral if you have one, a list of medicines if relevant, and notes on which daily tasks are hardest. Our team will match you with a suitable therapist and arrange your first visit.

2. Make time for your care

A typical 40-55-minute, one-on-one session includes a short check-in on how you are doing, assessment and hands-on care as needed, guided exercises, and a home plan to follow between visits. How often you come is decided with your therapist, based on your condition, goals, and progress.

3. Keep moving between visits

Your home exercise plan is written for your level, with clear instructions on what to do, how often, and what to stop and ask about. Your therapist measures progress by movement, strength, balance, and how easily you manage daily tasks, and changes the plan when you improve or when something is not working.
